Kinda restating this idea and adding to it.

'Kay, so first of all, we've still got the Pokemon with alternate forms like Shaymin and Keldeo. Still have the idea of implementing items such as the Gracidea Flower and Griseous Orb, but thinking now instead of placing them in a store for a lot of coins, perhaps make them rare Treasure Box items?
And making the corresponding Pokemon hold said item would give them their alternate form.
(Ex. If Giratina holds the Griseous Orb, it'll have it's Origin Form rather than it's Alternate Form, which is Creed's default sprite for it.)
And then there's Keldeo. It changes into it's Resolute Form when it's exposed to that one rock and learns Sacred Sword.
Okay, so for Pokemon like Keldeo, maybe implement the rock on that secret map you get for beating the Elite Four? And if you're near the map, you can go to the evolution page to "evolve" Keldeo, and it'll be set up the same way. But instead of evolving, Keldeo will just change to it's alternate form.

Next, we have the alternate gender forms. Currently, all the Pokemon on Creed have the male sprites. I can see not implementing the female sprites of Pokemon such as Shinx, Zubat, and Magikarp, since the differences are so subtle. But what about Pokemon like Pyroar and Unfezant? Their alternate gender forms change really drastically. Like for Pyroar, instead of the big mane, the female gets this ponytail-shaped hair.
And some people prefer the female sprites of Pokemon like that to the male forms.
Now, two ideas for how to implement them, if it's done.
1.) Keep all current Pokemon as is, and just add female forms in an event, or a new map.
2.) Just change all the female Pokemon to their female forms.

Next is other alternate forms. Pokemon like Basculin and Shellos have two or more forms. At the moment, we've only got one of those forms. The idea is just to add the alternate forms in an event, or maybe even to a new map, so there's both. For the same reason as the female sprites - some people prefer the alternate sprites. And, for example, if you were to breed one of the alternate forms, say a West Coast Shellos, it would hatch into that form. In this case, a West Coast Shellos would breed a West Coast Shellos. And likewise, if you were to breed an East Coast Shellos, it would breed an East Coast Shellos.
Now, adding onto that last one a bit. We've got Pokemon Sun and Moon out, and now we've got alternate forms of a few Pokemon. I get that since they're really new, they won't be implemented for a while, but just an idea of stuff you could do with them. :)
Forget the Alolan Pokemon like Lycanroc and Rowlet for now. This idea is about the alternate forms. Alolan forms were given to some of the Kanto Pokemon such as Meowth and Sandshrew. I've got kinda the same idea on how to implement them as I do with the alternate forms of Pokemon like Shellos. As maybe an event of some kind, or on a new map. And just like those alternate forms, breeding them would result in that form. If you breed a regular Meowth, it'll make a regular Meowth. If you breed an Alolan Meowth, it'll make an Alolan Meowth.
And now we've also got a new item: the Icy Stone. It's an evolution stone that allows Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Sandshrew to evolve.
An idea is to maybe implement that into Treasure Box items, or to maybe put it into the Lucky Dip/Advent Calendar, since you can get other evolution stones from there.
Just some ideas.

It would be nice to see alternate forms of some pokemond like Giratina. I rate this idea 10/10. Hope this gets implemented.
