6 Golurks around the Same Level. Preferably exact level. Have them learn Fly, Toxic, Blizzard and Bolt Strike...
Use Blizzard on Zapdos, and Bolt Strike on Molticuno. If you Get Toxic and Fly, First use Toxic on a Poke, then fly all over the place. Then repeat, if you want an in-depth technique, read xhinz's begginner's guide. it's the second top link on the General Discussion's page.

6 toxic moves discs comes at around 27k+ coins so yea it's not worth the cost as that close to an exp all which is Way better.
