Q1: was it supposed to be 60 mins? Q2: why am i frozen? And Q3: can i report messages in my inbox while im frozen?

Q1: was it supposed to be 60 mins? <--- You can be unFroze when the staff unFroze you.
Q2: why am i frozen? <--- Is there something wong you do ? or maybe, they found something wrong with your acc.
