What is a clan Tag????

There's no such thing. There are clan credits though which are one of the five kinds of currency in Creed (the four others being coins, points, dollars, and Pokemon).

Again, I don't know of any such item. All I'm aware of is the fact that you need to pay a few thousand coins to create a clan.
