very confused why peoplecant do that with banned accounts why not give it back to the people that use thier accounts and not keep it locked up in a person banned account

i know that but why cant it be taken from the account and put into the wild or lucky dip instead of locked up from everyone and not being able to be put into use

Because that's really dumb. When you are banned, your account becomes "frozen" depending on how long it is.
Banned until a certain time = Suspension Banned Forever = Banned without any return. BTW this should be in the suggestion section which you can find here: Suggestions Section
