Is that one of your pokemon? I think it is a glitch and so you might want to post that in Bugs/Errors Section, this is not the section to post bugs/errors.

It's a glitch pokemon; some people got it when they evolved their pokemon.

I don't think that's a glitch.I have seen people talking about them,even mods.There are total 8 of them in game & they rate tons.
