There is a thread to know all the rates of color and rare pokes but is there any way to know the rates of the ITEMS

There's not many items, so there's no point adding a list.

Items like exp share can be obtained for 7500 coins. So the rate of one is roughly around 7500 coins. This applies to other items.

Everyone has their own specific rates.

You buy the item from the store. You don't need to get one anywhere else.
If you want to sell/buy it to/from someone else, there is no rate, you make up your own. That is the fun of Pokemon Creed!
