If you will donate Pokemon between dec 25 - 31. Will you get Pokemon in the same amount as you donated? So what if you donated right now. Does it still counts?

You are wrong on the first part.Can't blame you,the messege stated there is a bit confusing.You can donate now.You will get a pokemon between Dec 25-31.

Do you mean like if i donate a shiny torchic. In return, I can get a rainbow or luminous torchic if somebody donated that?

i think it just randomly picks the pokemon and most of them are shinies

yeah I think so too. Saw some threads on what they donated and what they got from it.
