It's changing/swithing your IP to on sure to make a lot of accounts, gain more than two promos, etc.

Everytime a new promo comes up, or a special event (i.e. Halloween Event), you may only obtain up to two of a certain promo, per household.

Its two per household. So if you a sibling, cousin, friend, grandma, grandpa, pet dog playing, we count it as same person.
If you switch IPs and you get another promo on that IP and go over the 2 promo limit, we can track you and you'll get banned for it so don't make excuses.

If you choose to use proxy IPs and it matches with someone else's it's not our problem. You were the one who decided to hide behind a proxy/use a public one that others can access.

Anything to do with IP (proxying, betting on on Pokemon, overpassing auction max, ban evading, multiple accounts on chat, ban evading, betting, other accounts on your IP, etc.) is used by IP. So it doesn't matter if you have someone in your house playing. We can't tell the difference between people so it's based off of IP and not who is who. So any account on your IP is considered you. This also applies to "public" IPs (ie Cafe, Library, School) where others can use it.

When appeal and told you are banned because of another on your IP, don't complain. It applies to everyone and is the only way to check so don't make excuses about others.
