Buy it from the dep. store and then go to your manage items and then click on use item and then... well i think u can go on from there

You can teach fly by defeating Zapmolcuno.
The Toxic you can buy it at dept. store for $75,000,000 & 4,500 coins. To teach, I think you "Evolve Pokemon" "Open Box" "Change Moves" "Nicknames". Click Change Moves, below there you'll see Pokemon TMs. |

when u defeat the final poke of trio zapmolcuno i.e. articuno with ur poke..all of its moves automatically become fly..and about toxic..it can be obtained from the Dept. store for $75,000,000 & 4,500 coins.
