Dark Vortex Wins

Its just a simple contest,just make a banner.The Winning banner will be place in my clan( Survivors)

What I want for the banner:

Well I want to change my clan name to Madness,so you got to put the text Madness in the banner,I don't really have any pictures I want in the banner so who have to use your own imagination but it must be related to mad or madness.Use your own banner,don't copy it or else you will be disqualified.

Prize:

LuminousTurtwig level 5
ShadowRegice level 5
I will place the winning banner in my clan,so you can look at your banner you created:)

Note: Please put in picture form,I don't want to press any links,so remember put the [img] thing,if you don't I won't look at that banner you make.

You can do as many banner as you want,and the more you do,the higher chance of winning:),contest will end in 2 weeks time so you will have lots of time to do.
