Can anyone tell me about the limits of accounts you can make per IP?

I did read the rules, a bit..C:

i have 5 accounts, thats only because i wanted the coins you get when you start the game, then i trained each to 250 to get the extra coins and gave them to this account. i dont think that is against the rules but if it is, i apologize.
