If i trade my pokemon to someone to train and their account gets frozen while they still have my pokemon, can i get my pokemon back?

Yes, you go to manage trades and go to loaned pokemon. click take back on the pokemon you want to take back

Depends if your Pokemon was traded as a loan. If yes, you can just click take back.
If not, no. |
