let's start:

REGION: KANTO
Generation I - Red, Blue, Yellow
starters:
Charmander - Charmeleon - Charizard
Bulbasaur - Ivysaur - Venusaur
Squirtle - Wartortle - Blastoise

REGION: JOHTO
Generation II - Gold, Silver, Crystal
starters:
Cyndaquil - Quilava - Typhlosion
Chikorita - Beyleaf - Meganium
Totodile - Croconaw - Feraligatr

REGION: HOENN
Generation III - Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald
starters:
Torchic - Combusken - Blaziken
Treecko - Grovyle - Sceptile
Mudkip - Marshtomp - Swampert

REGION: SINNOH
Generation IV - Diamond, Pearl, Platinum
starters:
Chimchar - Monferno - Infernape
Turtwig - Grotle - Torterra
Piplup - Prinplup - Empoleon

REGION: UNOVA
Generation V - Black and White
starters:
Tepig - Pignite - Emboar
Snivy - Servine - serperior
Oshawott - Dewott - Samurott

THANKS, i choose unova region but i don't know to your favorite pokemons so goodluck if you like add why you like that region

mine is i like that unova region because their the rarest pokemons that you can't see in the other regions

I like Hoenn because so many awesome pokemon are there :D and because Grovyle and Blaziken are one of my favorite Pokemon

I'd pick Sinnoh cause most of my favorite pokemon are in the Sinnoh region and so is my favorite starter chimchar :x
