Well, The mudkip is difficult to find, but iirc it comes at the bottom of pages instead of the top.
I had a Rainbow Pokeball before and I searched for ages. I guess luck is a key factor so good luck with the search :D btw, lolz at the picture.

use the spray again and be patient :), it might just take awhile. the mudkipz are just hard to find X|

It isn't actually worth it because the most you can sell it for is only 3000 coins and it takes ages to get 495 lab credits and you also have to capture it too it takes forever but not if you are lucky
