Hi I was gonna take the blissey tower challenge and I was wondering what do the level modifiers mean? I don't know what they mean does it modify the levels of the bliesseys?

Yes, that is what it means. It was used to get more EXP back in the day, but I don't know how good it is now.

I got destroyed in that tower they used night daze over and over that caused me to lose. do they always use this move?

I'm guessing they do. Try getting Toxic and Fly for some of your Pokemon.

If you cannot do it, some people will do it for you for 20-250 coins per Pokemon per fly.

That's expensive ill find a way. Maybe if I get a few golett's or golurks. Toxic is easy to get though.
