i have all the pokemon that i need but it wont give me the prize why wont it work? does it have to be wild or can you win it or trade it?

Hmm.. for the unknown collector, you need to complete all unknown that the collector looking or..

Maybe you need to take it out of your roster first(the 6 pokemon in your party) and then you will be able to cash in your unknown ::))
