It is not he ,It is a item which can be equipped to make your name colourful ,It can be traded ,rarely got from luck dips ,and it was available in the item market some time ago for a larger price ,I dont know what about now if it is till present or not

Is it worth 400k, Yeah Ye Gradient A-Z was won from staff contests also on why u deserved it , Da Man Held it He chose 4 players and gave them the effect, and one of them got a sparkly effect also
