Yeah they did i'm glad because its easier to get those promo's now and i dont have to post 50 times in one day for a promo i really want :D.

even i m confused i think the promos will rate more and not lose much value since u need forum credits to get new promos

It only means we cant use storage or other house hold unless they are active on forums ...and people who dont use the forum will never get enjoy on getting the promo
