the best way to get it is buy it or trade it off someone who has it and u can check the rate list for its rates

since there are only three you may have to search up the players who have it and offer them a lot, and i mean a lot, of coins.

yep.. i thought u could get it from the tower as well.. but i wasnt sure.. ive seen that pokemon in the auction house tho alot.. so just keep ur eye out an u will find one in there

yes i think it was a promo and the only possible way to get it now is from the auction, or from trading with other players.. Also chansey, blissey, and happiny rates alot.

If i remember right they were given to a few players or prizes in contests when creed was first starting,the only way to get them now is by trading\buying off others or if 1 gets sold in the auction house.
