me and my brother started playing this today and well we have the same Ip so its that fine if we both playing this??

I think that's alright. But just make sure that both of you don't buy ANY promo. If one of you wants to buy the promo then, than that's okay. But, if both of you buy the promo, then, I think that one or both of you get Frozen or Banned. If you both want to buy the promo, then do something like rock, paper, scissors. or else, as I said, you might get frozen or banned.

sure you can but only one of you can get promos due to security (so people don't cheat and get lots of promos) so, yes, you can both play just don't buy two promos only one.
