how come on some pokemon in the original owner section it says (N/A) not applicable??

I have noticed that too, it's usually from my Random Swap pokemon, but I have no idea what's the reason.

it because the "Original Owner" feature was created after the pokemon was released, and the game didn't keep information on who the original owners was back then.
