Alright so here I was trying to do a lab task. The laboratory task was to turn in a gastly lv13.

My gastly that I had just caught for the sake of the task to complete was in level five. So I wanted to train him slowly and my current team was an eevee in lv111 and the second slot had my Genar in lv 191. I was going to throw my two high level pokemon in the box so I can train Gastly by himself in low level gyms or battles so I tried switching my third party(gastly) to my starter position and send eevee who was my starter to the box.

Except when I did this for some reason my Gastly had completely replicated my Gengar inlv 191.

So now I haz two gengar in lv 191! I really dont know but its clearly an error/glitch or whatever. I am really not mad at all or complaining, im just pointing out that error.

As I dont know if it is a one time thing error or maybe something that someone could abuse to get high level Gengar. O.O

It's just lag, to fix it either log out and back in or send slots 2-6 to your box.

It could also take out a pokemon in your 6th slot when you log out, just do the same thing when that happens.

this happens to me sometimes but mainly when i have the item exp share on a pokemon dont know if other items could do this but just log out and log back in that should solve the problem
