can any one say me can i accept unknown trades..which i have been getting daily is there a way in which i can cancell the accepted trade

You can accept unknown trades but You cant ever cancel the accepted trades.!

No need asking this kind of question in forum, go to chat room, and ask there.
About should/shouldn't you accept the trade, it's your choices. If you like the trade then you can accept it, but if you think the trade is not fair/rip off, then just delete it. If you keep getting similar trade, then use block settings feature, and block that person or just block your normal trade.
