i wanted to ask this question- why is macroing cheating in this game? while playing creed(pokemon creed, not assassin's creed lol) do we use electricity? do we use internet? yes. while macroing, do we use electricity? do we use internet? yes. its the same, just think of it as user replaced by someone for some time. why is it not allowed in this game then?

because You are not earning it on your owns, while most player are playing the Honest way by clicking the buttons, the Dishonest player are earning something that they dont deserves by using Marcoing while they are not on.

This thread is weird. :P It goes off topic about using marcoing to using electricity and internet. Macroing is not allowed just because you're not earning the exp yourself. A bot has to do the battle for you. A lot of people disagree with the marcoing but it's just the game. It wouldn't be fair if someone who does 100 levels by actually clicking when someone is taking a break from training while their bot is just repeating the same thing over.

but, it still didn't give me satisfying answer. i mean, macroing, how is it being dishonest? it is just repeating an action again. and, it will happen at the same speed as it was done once, so using macros, or clicking the buttons, will be done in same time. and, like i stated before, they both use electricity and internet. then, why is it not allowed?

Because if everyone use marcoing then what the point of Da man having a pokemon site on the internet, no one playing it and it be a waste of money from the Users and Da man to host the site on the server..

You play this game the honest way, without having to use a bot to do your dirty work for you. :/ Your supposed to use your own energy and actually touch the mouse and the keyboard,and interacting with others by yourself,instead of a bot that only clicks without a mouse for you. Once a bot gets a person banned, I'm pretty sure the bot doesn't care. only the actual person would care.

Difference?
Human-can go anywhere and do anything, has actual feelings, 1 life only.
Bot- electrical devices only and can only do what it is programmed to do, doesn't have life,no feelings, and can be built again and again.

Example:
There's a contest to see who can bulid a skyscraper first. the prize is 1 million dollars. it's you and another person. You build it up for 5 hours and go to bed, while the other person uses a robot to do the job. When you wake up, you see that the robot is done. You accuse the other person of cheating, but the other person makes up a counterargument. " We both used our hands,right? And we both had to do work, right? and both my robot and you used energy, right?"

There are differences between bots and humans, your only using the similarities to back up your argument.

Okay. Think of it this way. Someone who is clicking the buttons has done 100 levels. That person feels great about themselves while others just use a bot to do it for them. :P It just wouldn't be fair.

seems that everyone has a point there. maybe, it was just wrong thinking like that. probably creed(not assasin's creed, pokemon creed) creators/creator has/have thought well before creating rules. and i was foolishly thinking their rules had holes. thank you for your help.
