You can't find it and the people who have them won't trade it probably.

odds are, it was given to people who codded something or did something with the site, or servers so odds are they won't give out anymore.

No Darkrai is an event pokemon. It was the Halloween pokemon from what I have gathered. And not only there is normal darkrai. There are also cursed and shadow darkrai. It was actually pretty hard to obtain since you had to collect a massive amount of rare candies to get it.
