It's farming at > Your home > Your garden. Atm you can plant Oran berries by default level, I think level 5 for Sitrus, not sure about wheat. And at level 25 you can plant Pecha berries.

go home and plant some berry and some time later you got exp and some extra berry if you have berry you can plant it right now
