ralts is one of those pokemon you have to get lucky to obtain. Like in raffles or auctions or by lucky dip. you can never find it in the wild, yes I know, what a great tragedy, buts that the way the "Da Man" wants it. Oh and by the way, what ever that pokemon can evolve in the game, it can evolve here.

There is only 1 gallade in the game, so Ralts is practically impossible
