I think you made C.Ray a little too dark. Nice job on C.Eevee though.
As wanted some requests, my request would be CursedEmolga.

They look great 9/10. In my opinion the C.Ray is a bit too dark. I like the fact that you made it darker than usual but it's a bit too dark. If you want can you make a CursedShinx?

Try using a diagonal wind effect instead of glow, I've found that that looks better.

actually the cursed rayquaza is my favorite i never understood why a cursed pokemon would be light to begin with nice job on them all 10/10
