its like exp share but when its attached it devides the exp to all team

Yeah as above but if you don't know how it works basically it splits the experience points gained in battle to the all the Pokemon in your Team equally, so you can defeat opponents with one Pokemon but that Pokemon and all the rest in your Team will gain experience.
