i have a question: what is the use of taking ss anne to an other town or city? |

Its like how you move from region to region in the gym battles you have to do somthing or beat something so you can go to another place. I'm not very sure about this cuz I haven't done this myself. I am taking a wild guess xD. I hope this help =)

I am not 100% sure, but my guess is that
You know about the Safari Zone Missingno Glitchy Area already. For that, you have to be in Fushcia City. And, there are 10 cities/towns, and 10 maps. lilpikachu says he has found the power plant secret area, and there is a secret area in ghost town not yet discovered. So, my belief is that there is one secret area in every map, and the cities are created to access them. And, 10 cities are in other regions just as a decoy. Hope this helps.
