I am going to see it today and wanted to know if it was good?

did it even come out yet? I'm wondering because if you going to see it, make sure its out

Yes, the movie came out August 7th.

As for seeing it, I wanted to myself... But I've heard critics gave it bad reviews. But, tbh, it's what you think, not what the damn critics think.

Yeah it was a good movie but not the best I mean in my opinion

The movie is just to simple and for children idk why it's rated 13+

i like the first movie a lot.
so i am gonna watch this movie too. but i dont know when i am gonna do that :D

I believe the books are better than the movies though....but you can always disagree about what the critics say though yea xD

Well i have not seen this one yet but i have seen the last percy jackson movie the lightning thieve and that was a nice movie maybe a bit far fetched with the story line and some encounters in the movie but all in all was quite nice especially to see pierce brosnan with horses legs XD

Didn't really like the first movie, so I'm not going to expect much from this one. Read the first book though and in my opinion the book was much better. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to watch it. But has anyone here seen it? If so tell us if it was good or crap. If it was crap I'm not going to watch it.

I was also planning to watch the movie but from the above posts and also looking at the critics reviews and how many star rating it has received i'm wondering if it's worth the money or if i should just try to find a website online that has it on.

So, in short I should't go waste money and try to see it? I thought it would be bad anyhow, since the first one was good, but in that level of good where it can end bad, so a second movie just finished it for me.

ehh its not bad, i still think lightning thief is better, but ppl have been criticising it, but lightning thief definitely is better

Ive heard lots of people by now tell that the first movie was better than the second but im yet to see the movie myself so i cant tell

I always think that the books are better than the movies, because the movies either take out stuff, replace stuff, or make up totally new stuff never mentioned in the book. I don't see why it took 4-5 years for a sequel to come out for the Percy Jackson movies, but I though Lightning Thief was good. Yet to see Sea of Monsters, but I hope it's as good as the 1st one.

Yeah bro it was so gnarly. Best movie of the the summer was Smurfs 2 though
