Ok so not seen a topic yet for this but its seems not everyone is happy about ben affleck being the new batman and to be honest im not keen on the idea myself i don't like him as an actor and the only good movie he has ever been in is Dogma so what are your thought's on this?

Well since he's Batman in a Superman movie, he's not the main hero, so there's no character development for Batman (well, hopefully not) which means as long as he doesn't screw up or try anything special, he should be ok, not great, but ok.

Plus loads of people hated Heath Ledger as the Joker when he was first announced after Brokeback mountain...so I guess as long as we keep an open mind as well as not expect too much, there shouldn't be any problems as long as he doesn't screw up.

Well i guess your right on that point alone that hes not the main hero but i just don't see him as a good batman but we also have to think if they are teaming up could this lead to a justice league movie in the future there has been rumors of such a movie happening

i totaly think its a bed idea.
the badman movies that now exist are great. dont change it. and if it must change. then use the same main caracter.
ben afleck is good in dare devil. but only in that super hero movie.

Hmm... I don't understand why it is so bad? No one cares if we get a new Joker or something, but when it comes to Batman, why does it matter? I say it's good.

I dont think he will be as good as the other batmans but you never know

Oh God, no. Ben Affleck is the worst choice for casting as Batman. I mean, look what he did to Daredevil. x_x

I havent really seen that many oh his movies honestly his role in Daredevil sucked as well xD its best they found someone else instead of him really :/

I don't really mind because batman doesn't have any super powers anyways so it is easy for him to act as batman I think it's fine
