I think that there should be a item called the shiny radar for 500-1500 coins
and the shiny radar will improve your chances of finding a shiny in the map

Nah it would be waste of money. No one would like to spend coins buying it. Rather they can random swap for money and get a shiny or trade it maybe.

If you are finding a shiny using that shiny radar than Da Man have to introduce radars for normals too...Bad Idea

It's an okay idea but people already get enough from the random swap and having this as well soon enough there will be a floor of shinys
