Hi I think this may lower the rates of pokemon, but I still think it’s a pretty good idea. I think there should be a specific pokemon raffle. So there are a list of all the pokemon, and you choose 1 pokemon you want to win a set of. You enter, and other people who chose the same pokemon will be entered in the, example, Magikarp Raffle. Every 6 months, 5 people are chosen to win the pokemon raffle. They get the entire set of pokemon, including the male and females. You cant win for a second time for the next 4 raffles, so the next 2 years.

I dont think this would be a good idea unless the pokemon are non-colored but if they were colored the pokemons rarity would go down a lot.
