I have a level 11505 Golurk, toxic, and I gain around 400M+ exp per Mew, so it wouldn't be too hard for me to train pokemons.

My trainer level is 8043

I am not lazy for training, though I might be busy on some days and I could usually only train on weekends because of personal reasons.(Exceptions on holidays, breaks, etc.)
