What is the best way to train, I am currently battling Swimmer Richard with Bolt Strike which is a 2 hit kill but is there any easier levelling method?

There is. You can battle Mysterious Trainer, who is in Dark Alley, which can be accessed from your town. Only thing is, you need Toxic to battle him.

And how do you obtain Toxic, btw I need another bit of help if it is possible. I just don't wanna create any more threads

You can get it from the Dep. Store for 4,500 coins. OR you could get it from other players, but at least most of them are looking for at least 4,000 coins for it. And then there are Pokemon who already know Toxic (they've been taught it by others) that others sell, but they're expensive. For example, a GoldenShinx rates 10k (10,000), with Toxic, people rate it 14k (14,000) or higher. So you'd have to get a lot of coins for those.

What are the achievements?

As in on your profile where it says that? If yes, that's just stuff that is displayed on your profile based on things you've done.
There's three based on how much money you've deposited in the bank, three based on the most amount of coins you've had at once, three on how many 50/50 bets you've won, and three based on how many times you've won the Daily Raffle.

Can you tell me how much money is all 3 and the 50/50 game ones plz

iirc, the money was 100million deposited in the bank, then 500million deposited in the bank, then 1billion deposited in the bank.
For the 50/50s, it was 100 bets won, 250 bets won, and 500 bets won.

So I need to get 100mil

Only if you want the achievement. You don't have to have it.
