Well, hiya everyone. I'm new here, so of course, I have a question as to how something works. We're all clueless at some point, right?

My question, as stated in the subject, is about evolving pokemon based on happiness. The example I'll use is my Golbat, which I believe requires something around 220 to evolve into Crobat.

Currently, it's around 71/255, so I'm here to ask;

"What raises happiness?" or maybe something more like, "Do I just have to spend a long time with Golbat to raise it's happiness?" or possibly even, "Are there any items I can use/buy/equip to raise happiness quickly?"

From what I have been told, you have to keep it in your roster for the happiness to rise. If you remove it, the happiness goes down. There are no items or anything atm that do it more quickly. :/
