Somehow, a Sonic game and a Pokemon game mixed to get this, and you're trapped in the middle of it all.
Eggman is set out to transform all Pokemon into Nega Pokemon and control the world with them! He's already started with some. He's got his goals set on the legendary Pokemon of Sinnoh: Dialga and Palkia. With them, boy could he wreak some havoc! It's now up to you to stop this plan of his.
Meanwhile, feel free to challenge all eight of the gyms to reach the Pokemon League and battle the Champion. If you win, YOU become the Champion!
Now here are three Pokemon I was able to recover before they were turned into Nega Pokemon. Unfortunately, some Chaos Energy was absorbed into them, giving them their green color. They don't seem to be any different than that, really. Would you mind taking one with you on your journey to accompany you? Go on! Choose!

Rules:
1.) No godmodding.
2.) Admins can warn/ban/accept people into the roleplay, and are auto-accepted, provided they've filled out their forms correctly.
3.) Don't end the RP right away or level up your Pokemon super quick, like having them be level 100 by the time you reach the first gym. ._.
4.) Human and anthro only! Yes, Pokemorphs count as anthro. Up to three characters per roleplayer.
5.) No swearing. If you MUST, please censor it. (Ex: Fudge, F***, ****)
6.) No blood/gore. Can be a little violent, but there's a limit.
7.) No Creepypasta/Creepypasta references. It's going to be a bit dark in some places, but I'm sorry, I just can't do the Creepypastas.
8.) Yes, you have to pick a Chaos Starter. Only one Chaos Pokemon per character. All others are either normal or Shiny, your choice.
9.) Limit one legendary Pokemon per character. Legendaries not allowed:
*Dialga *Palkia *Giratina *Azelf *Uxie *Mesprit *Arceus
All others are okay. (No Blue, Arceus isn't going to be in this one.)
10.) Only six Pokemon per team. You CAN catch more than six Pokemon, but the seventh+ go to your PC. You can switch teammates at will.
11.) You're all starting from Twinleaf Town. Sorry.

Notes:
1.) Chaos Pokemon are Pokemon that ended up absorbing some Chaos Energy. They have no weaknesses, but are strong against Dark, Poison, and Ghost-type Pokemon, and also do some hefty damage to Nega Pokemon.
2.) Nega Pokemon are Pokemon that have had some sort of unknown negative energy injected into them. They have no weaknesses, and are strong against all Pokemon types. (Excluding Chaos.)
Both types will be appearing in this roleplay. Both can also learn special moves upon reaching level 50+.
Chaos: Chaos Blast, Emerald Spear, Chaos Beam, Chaos Burst, Emerald Fire (Chaos Chimchar + evos only), Chaos Wave (Chaos Piplup + evos only), Chaotic Growth (Chaos Turtwig + evos only.)
Nega: Nega Wave, Nega Fire, Nega Beam, Dark Slash, Nega Blast, Nega Burst.
3.) Your starters begin at level 5, just like in the legit games.

(Madelyn's PoV)
I was in my kitchen eating breakfast, when my mother came downstairs.
"It's almost time for you to go and see the professor. I wonder what he wants with you?" she told.
"Probably wants to spout some more stupid crap." I laughed, a Cheerio flying from my mouth.
"Madelyn, what have I told you about talking with your mouth full?" Mother warned. I swallowed, and replied:
"Not to do it."
"That's good. Now, it's about time you went to the lab, hmm?" I nodded, and grabbed my things.
"See ya soon, sweetie!" Mother called, as I walked out the door.

Spooky was chatting with the specimens about what her plan was, and that it was a limited time thing, and they all got ready

The professor greeted me when I reached the lab.
"Are you ready for the surprise?" he asked. I nodded. He showed me three green Pokemon. I looked at them, a bit confused.
"So...they're all grass-types?" I asked. The professor laughed.
"No. These are Chaos Pokemon."
"Chaos Pokemon?" I asked.
"Yes. They were normal Pokemon that absorbed some Chaos Energy." he explained.
"Ah." I replied.
"Well, I'm going to give you one. They need to be kept away from the local tyrant." he told me. I nodded, realizing who he was talking about. I walked over and picked up the green penguin-like one.
"Ah. Chaos Piplup, huh? Excellent choice." he said, returning the other two.
"I need you to help stop the transformations."
"Say what!? Me!? Why me!?" I exclaimed.
"Lup!" Piplup agreed.
"Because. I believe in you. If he's not stopped, who knows what'll happen?"

(If she takes a detour to Spooky's mansion, there's a high chance she's not gonna be able to, if you catch my drift. :P)

A few random people passed by, but none entered.

I had made it to the first route.
"Time to start training you, I guess." I told my new Pokemon. Piplup was excited.

Spooky watched and sighed "Looks like if you wanna get attention you gotta do it yourself..." She muttered leaving the mansion

After a few battles, my Piplup reached level 6.
"Alright. Not too shabby." I complimented.

Spooky was watching in a noticeable distance (Yesh.)

I healed my Piplup, and went back to training.
"Let's try to get to at least level 8 by the time we reach the next city." I suggested. It seemed to think that that was a good idea.
