Lol forums is the one where people can post things and advertise their pokemons in Market/trades section! Or you can post about yourself in offtopic section! You can also claim coins if you post in a right place! So i think there is no need of another newspaper tbh!

I agree with Elite.
Plus, it may also encourage begging and harassment. I mean, I wouldn't want to read my paper, only to find it filled with: "I need a R.Charizard now! I'll trade you my lv. 38 normal Meowth for it!" and "Buy my L.Shaymin for 12k or die gruesomely." I doubt anyone else would, either.
