Auto stop walking feature
There NEEDS to be a option that stops you from walking when you encounter a wild pokemon. I just walked right over a ShinyLapras because of my trigger finger.

Been suggested before, not a good idea because it would decrease the rarity of shiny pokemon and make them worth less 2/10

at first glance, I thought it would be a good idea. but thinking further, it teaches us to be careful. I had an accident with a shiny makuhita lately from the palm beach.
