What is the difference between base and unbase pokemons.?

Base means level 5 untouched basically
Unbase means level 6+ |

Lol. Its just that simple, i think there is no need for further elaboration. It is just that people prefer base which is level 5 with 126 exp compared to unbase, level 5+.

Level 5 is base. Because that's the basic level. Everything in this game starts out at level 5. Anything NOT level 5 is unbase. (Yes that includes lower levels, they're hard to get, but they exist. You have to use a Rare Candy, and hope that it's a Rotten Candy. If it is, it will decrease the level by one, instead of raising it.)

I think, any pokemon having exp more than 126 is unbase. (Example: 176 exp) But it'll be still in level 5. Just my opinion
