This is just two stuff I did in MS paint and I wanna know which you think is better

I'd say the first one (MS Paint Flowey V1) is better in term of style. I do not see the reason why you would use something from the internet in an artwork that is in your style. I hope to see you learning some skills in GIMP and post some better artworks here. :).

I used MS Paint for this as a joke-thing of Photoshop Flowey/Omega Flowey (I generally use Paint.net.) plus Photoshop Flowey is LITERALLY Photoshoped together XD [you must login to view images] <-As you can see here. Plus I figured I wanted it to be less quality by putting that stuff on the V2. :3 (Btw the mouth-thing was replaced with dairy Queen lips)
