1-If u r taking 1k coins u hve to give me poke worth 1.5k.
2-If u r taking 2k coins u hve to give me poke worth 2.5k.
Continue like this.....
Dont worry i will return u r pokes back when u repay me my coins.
I will also add 30 coins per day to u r coins to take my profit.
Cauz no 1 in creed will do like this for free.

I'm not sure if this is allowed in Pokemon Creed but it is very risky as you said before. You should ask the person to send you a collateral that is 10-20% more than what they are lending before you accept the loan. Also, 30 coin per day is somewhat ... cheap yet expensive - we do not know how much the person is going to lend. Hence, I would suggest you to use percentage as interest. One example is 1% per day or 5% per week. Percentage work better than a fixed interest. :).

Because all the users may not loan same amount of coins. Some need more and some need less.

Better have a percentage interest like 5% per week. That is, if you loan 3k coins to a user, he should repay 3k + 3k (5%) = 3150 coins.

One more example, if u lend 5k coins to a user, after a week, he have to pay 5k + 5k (5%) = 5250 coins.

I dont know if it's allowed or not.
