bought recover item with 9750 coins for my golurk now when i use it it says double kick attack used !! so i used it in battle towers dint work!

Recover can't be used in battle towers. That's why people use berries.

No there isn't. But that's where you have to take/ask for suggestions/advice from the experienced players.

As far as i know, you can get rewards from Laboratory. For example, collect 50X Rubies and 50x Sapphires and click experiment (In Laboratory). If it's a success, You'll recieve a Leftovers. Also, there's another experiment which require 10x Nugget. If it's successful, you'll get Black Sludge as a reward. Well, if you mean those 2 colored mudkips it wont work anymore. It's removed.
