Anyway...
My question is: Is there a really good video editing software that doesn't cost any money? :/ And if so, what is it?
If it helps, the thing I want to do to a particular video is to extract a clip from it to show to someone. (Long story.)
Also, there's one video I would like to add background noise to, like music, etc.
That's for a project for someone.
It's fine if it's not perfect 100% HD or anything, just as long as it doesn't come out looking like a box of pixels.

So I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here. And thanks in advance!
