How can I make my pokemon gain Happiness? Is there another way other than training?

Every day you log on your Pokemon gain 1 happiness point. Use a Soothe Bell on it to double the amount, so you get 2 points per day. Also you can feed your Pokemon berries during battles and it will gain 1 happiness point for every berry you feed it :)

what is use of happiness?

You need minimum of 220 happiness to evolve some pokemon ex: eevee to umbreon or espeon ..togepi to togetic etc.

use berries u easy get 220 happiness

You don't get happiness by walking around on the maps? (Or am I confusing RPGs again?) Because I thought that's how it was at first. ._.

nah KO. It wont gain happiness if you roam in maps

Well, it's confirmed that I'm confusing my RPGs again. (I hate when that happens, because then I wouldn't know what RPG has what features.)
