That's the money cap.
And yes, it does have a cap. The reason it won't go higher is because you've hit that cap. You can't have any amount greater than that cap. That's also the money cap for the bank.

That's the max limit one can have...deposit that amount in the bank to start collecting money again.to do that press the d button in the bracket on the top right of your page!
