What happens if you use a rare candy on a pokemon w/ exp lock on?
If it's good does it raise a level anyways?
(and if it's bad does it decrease a level anyways?)

I used rare candy on this pokemon [you must login to view links]
Which held an item exp.lock.

But once I used rare candy, it said

Congratulations. Your Riolu has grown to level 6.

So tyizor, exp.lock doesn't work if you use rare candy xD
