Well keep it as feebas cuz u can probably more ppl wanting it (like me)

Honestly, it depends on whether you plan to keep it or not. If you plan to trade it away, then leave it as it is. If you plan to keep it, I would level it and get something you want. Thats what I did with my GoldenGloom. I knew I wasn't going to trade it so I leveled it from an Oddish and evolved it. I hope they bring out Bellossom soon though :D

If the poke is level 5 then I myself would probably keep it like that, people usually associate these Pokemon with their evolution when trading anyway. IE when trading a C Larvitar some people would consider it as trading a C Larvi / Pupitar / Tyra all in one due to its potential.
But like Toy Story said if you plan to keep hold of it then it's investment status doesn't matter too much, only your personal preference.

If you do decide to level it consider that scheyer2 has a RainbowMilotic F Level 158, you could maybe trade your base one with his if you worrying about people wanting the base R.Feebas? :o

i say keep it as feebas...becuze as serg say u should look at its future stage ....plus if u like milotic and u r sure u wont trade keep training it as r.milotic because ya it is epic%%%
